Moon Isra.

About the Project.

In this project I was tasked to design a quick marketing campaign for the fictional company “Moon Isra” set in the year 2030. The campaign invites people in israel to try their luck in a lottery. The lucky 150 winners will win a ticket to the first commercial flight on the Israeli space shuttle and fly to the moon.

Behind the Logo.

For the logo I combined a silhouette of the moon with the space ship, I wanted to emphasize the flight to the moon by curving the path of smoke in a round turn into the moon to make the two elements feel united. I used a thin font with hard edges to contrast the round and thick illustration and complement it.

Color palette.

For the logo’s colors I chose a monochromatic palette from white to dark blue, to relate Moon Isra to Israel’s white and blue flag. but once we switch to the dark galaxy theme the logo will switch to pure white for enhanced visibility. The golden elements of the stars and moon contrast well against the dark purple background, complementary colors.

Challengs.

Designing a campaign that is both futuristic feeling as well as friendly and inviting with a touch of Israeli pride to encourage people to try their luck at the lottery. Making sure the style stay consistant through different mediums using a style guide.

Solution.

Using a bit of glass morphism in the header of the landing page to give the website a modern look, illustrated the astronaut in a cartoonish style for a friendly and inviting vibe, added the Magen David symbol to grab the attention of the Israeli audience.
